Operations and AI for companies that have outgrown the founder’s to-do list
I’m a fractional COO and advisor. I also build the AI systems that run my own publishing company, and I set them up for clients. Fifteen years in health media, ten of them at Healthline, then COO of a diagnostics company.

Work with me
Three ways in
Most clients start with one and add another once the first is running.
Fractional COO
Part-time operating leadership for founders who are still the bottleneck. I set up the weekly meeting rhythm, the numbers you check on Monday, the hiring plan, and the processes that stop every question landing on your desk.
Advisory
A standing monthly session for founders and leadership teams who want an operator’s read before a big call: a key hire, a price change, a new product line, a partnership you’re unsure about.
AI architecture and AI employees
I map where your team’s hours actually go, then build AI agents that take over specific jobs: drafting, inbox triage, reporting, research. Each one gets a job description, an owner, and a person who checks its work. It’s how I run Perks Media day to day.
How it starts: a 30-minute call about what’s stuck. If there’s a fit, you get a one-page scope within a week.
The brands
Perks Media runs two consumer brands. Each has its own site, shop and newsletter.
Health research, decoded
Age With Flavor
Nutrition, sleep, movement and prevention for women managing their own health and their family’s, plus high-protein recipes sized for a smaller appetite. The newsletter goes out every Tuesday: I read the studies so you don’t have to.
Vision boards and creative tools
Wild Free Awake
Vision board books and creative tools for people deciding what they want next and making it concrete.
Books
Eleven practical titles on nutrition, movement, mindset and creative practice. All on Amazon.
Meet the founder
Jessica Perkowitz
Fractional COO • Advisor • Publisher
I spent ten years at Healthline, part of fifteen in health media, learning how to turn research into something a tired person can use at 9pm. Then I ran operations as COO of a diagnostics company, where I still consult.
Perks Media is where those two halves meet. I publish books, run two consumer brands, and do most of it with a small team of people and AI agents I built and manage.
Good fit if
You’re the founder and every decision still runs through you.
Your team is busy, but you can’t say where the hours go.
You’ve paid for AI tools nobody uses.
Let’s talk
